FAQ

Questions about the program?

Here are the answers to what people ask most. Anything else — just email the ambassador team.

Do I need cybersecurity experience to apply?

No. We look for curiosity, communication skills and commitment. Beginners are welcome — you'll learn alongside the community.

Is there any fee to apply or join?

No. Applying to the Ambassador Program is free.

My university doesn't have CCP yet. Can I still apply?

Yes — that's exactly who we're looking for. You could be the first ambassador to bring CCP to your campus or city.

How much time does it take?

It's flexible and fits around your studies or work. Ambassadors typically support at least one activity each term and stay active in the community.

Is selection guaranteed?

No. Every application is reviewed, and shortlisted applicants are invited to a short conversation before being selected.

Can women apply for SecureHer?

Yes. Women can choose to also join SecureHer, CCP's women's wing, on the same application form.

How will I hear back?

We'll contact you using the email address you provide in the form. You can also reach us any time at ambassador@cybercommunity.pk.
